Elvis arrived right on time as scheduled. He removed the spots in the heavy traffic areas. He moved furniture to clean carpet in rest of room and put dining table on foam blocks until dry. The spots were gone and the carpet looked amazing. We previously tried spot removers, but they did not work. Elvis gave us a bottle of professional spot remover, and told us to use this for future spot removal. We will definitely use this contractor in the future, and highly recommend him.
